Job summary

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a Prep Cook to prepare made-from-scratch foods to our legendary standards. You will read prep sheets, follow our recipes, and help keep the walk-in refrigerator clean and organized while using equipment properly.

Responsibilities

• Read a prep sheet and follow prep procedures.
• Follow Texas Roadhouse recipes to prepare made-from-scratch foods.
• Keep walk-in refrigerator clean and organized, and maintain equipment properly.
• Follow storage and rotation procedures, ensuring safety and sanitation.
• Exhibit teamwork and contribute to a positive, productive kitchen.
• Maintain and practice proper safety standards.

• Maintaining and using the equipment properly
• Following storage and rotation procedures
• Maintains proper safety and sanitation practices
• Exhibits teamwork
