Jim 'N Nick's Community Bar-B-Q is seeking kitchen staff to prep, cook, and plate food you can be proud of on every shift. You’ll keep your station clean, stocked, and organized while collaborating with a close-knit team to deliver consistent results.

No experience required—we’ll teach you the JNN way. If you bring the fire, we’ll provide the smoke, training, and opportunities for advancement from line cook to pitmaster and beyond.

The Physical Stuff: This role is hands-on and high-energy. You’ll be on your feet 8+ hours a day standing and walking for extended periods while lifting up to 50 lbs in a live kitchen and stockroom areas. Bending, reaching, climbing, and equipment operation are all part of the craft. These requirements reflect the essential functions of the role and may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.
