Job summary

Southern Rock Restaurants seeks a prep cook for a franchised McAlister's Deli location in Indianapolis. You will prepare foods according to prep lists and manager directions, ensuring consistent quality with recipe cards and production standards.

You will sanitize and clean your station at the start and end of shift, follow sanitation and safety policies, and support the kitchen with other duties as requested by management to protect guests and the establishment.
