Job Description

Our restaurants operate professional, fast-paced, scratch kitchens. We hire line and prep cooks who understand high standards for food presentation and execution. The open-kitchen layout requires strong communication and teamwork with other staff members, including assemblers, expo, and management. Responsibilities include executing proper recipes, maintaining cleanliness, following sanitation protocols, and performing opening and closing duties.
