Base pay range

$13.50/hr - $15.53/hr

Responsibilities

• Read, write, and communicate effectively in English with residents and staff.
• Possess a food handler permit as required by law and company standards.
• Hold a Serv Safe certification.
• Follow and read recipes and production guides.
• Understand food handling, preparation, cooking, and service.
• Assist with meal preparation and presentation.
• Provide high-quality customer service.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen environment.
• Adhere to cleaning schedules and food safety practices.
• Ensure proper receipt, storage, and preparation of food according to standards.
• Assist with special events, banquets, and theme meals.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment properly.
• Attend pre-meal kitchen stand-up.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
