Job summary

Jaggers, part of the Texas Roadhouse brand family, is seeking a Prep Cook who enjoys preparing scratch-made food up to legendary standards. Responsibilities include reading prep sheets, following Jaggers recipes, and maintaining a clean walk-in while using equipment properly.

• Follow Jaggers recipes accurately
• Maintain clean and organized walk-in and station
• Adhere to safety and sanitation practices

Responsibilities

• Read a prep sheet and set up stations accordingly
• Follow Jaggers legendary recipes to prep ingredients
• Keep walk-in refrigerator clean and organized
• Maintain and operate kitchen equipment properly
• Follow storage and rotation procedures
• Exhibit teamwork with kitchen and front-of-house staff

As a Prep Cook your responsibilities would include:

• Reading a prep sheet
• Following Jaggers legendary recipes
• Keeping the walk-in refrigerator clean and organized
• Maintaining and using equipment properly
• Following storage and rotation procedures
• Maintains proper safety and sanitation practices
• Exhibits teamwork
