Job summary

Southern Rock Restaurants is seeking a prep cook for a franchised McAlister's Deli location in Greenwood, IN. The role involves preparing foods according to prep lists, following recipe cards, and maintaining portion standards.

You will keep the station clean, practice proper sanitation, and assist with light dishwashing. You may perform other duties as requested by management and uphold safety policies to protect guests and staff.
