Job summary

Southern Rock Restaurants is seeking a prep cook for a franchised McAlister’s Deli location. You will prepare foods for cooking based on prep lists and manager directions, and ensure consistent quality according to recipe cards and production and portion standards.

You will also clean and sanitize the station at the beginning and end of each shift (light dishwashing included), protect the establishment and guests by strictly following sanitation and safety policies, and handle other duties as
