Jim 'N Nick's Community Bar-B-Q is seeking an entry-level prep role where you will chop, mix, portion, and prepare sauces, sides, and ingredients to exact recipes and specs. You will label, date, rotate stock, and keep your area clean to ensure the line is ready before opening.

The Physical Stuff:

This role is hands-on and high-energy. You\'ll be on your feet 8+ hours a day standing and walking for extended periods while lifting up to 50 lbs in a live kitchen and stockroom areas. Bending, reaching, climbing, and equipment operation are all part of the craft.
