Job summary

Southern Rock Restaurants is hiring a prep cook for a franchised McAlister’s Deli location in Ohio. You will prepare foods for cooking based on prep lists and manager directions and maintain production and portion standards.

You will help ensure consistent quality using recipe cards, keep your station clean and sanitized at the start and end of shifts (including light dishwashing), and follow all sanitation and safety policies to protect guests.

Responsibilities

• Maintains food quality with recipe cards and production/portion standards.
• Cleans and sanitizes station at shift start and end, including light dishwashing.
• Adheres to sanitation and safety policies to protect guests and establishment.
