True Food Kitchen in Tampa, Florida, is looking for a dedicated Prep Cook to join their team. This role is essential for supporting kitchen operations by preparing fresh ingredients and maintaining cleanliness and organization at workstations.

The successful candidate will have a passion for food and at least 6 months of kitchen experience. They will play an essential part in bringing our menu to life and will benefit from opportunities for growth and a supportive work environment.

• 6+ months kitchen/prep experience required with high-volume experience preferred.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong knife skills are essential.

• Chop, prep, and portion fresh ingredients

• Wash and disinfect kitchen, tables, tools, knives, and equipment

• 6+ months kitchen/prep experience (high‑volume a plus)
