Prep cooks will have oversite of kitchen service operations during their shift.

Responsibilities
  • Preparing a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other food items
  • Assuming 100% responsibility for the quality of products made
  • Efficient in portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen standards
  • Stocking and product management including waste control
  • Maintaining a clean and sanitary workstation
  • Excelling in time management
  • Following all food safety standards and procedures
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-year experience as a prep cook in a high-volume restaurant/bar
  • Strong organizational skills to manage the needs of the restaurant
  • Detailed oriented
  • Having a positive, welcoming, and upbeat attitude
  • Communication skills to inspire and motivate consistency and excellence
  • Strong belief in a professional and ethical approach to guest services

Reports To: General Manager/ Executive Kitchen Manager

Pay: Hourly

Hours: Part Time and Full Time
