Job summary

Coastal Flats Gaithersburg in Gaithersburg, MD is seeking Prep Cooks to join a fast-paced scratch kitchen.

You’ll work as a team to prep ingredients, keep stations clean, and help ensure guests have a memorable, delicious experience. Training is provided.

Starting pay is $17/hour or more based on experience, with benefits including health insurance, PTO and a 401(k) based on eligibility.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation.
• Work well within a team and adapt to busy service periods.
• Demonstrate reliability and a sense of urgency during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food prep for line cooks in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Keep prep areas clean and organized; follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Support other kitchen staff to ensure timely, quality meals for guests.
