We recruit the best talent and invest in their ongoing development through training and mentoring. dnata catering U.S. is looking for a Prep Cook to join our Boston team supporting Logan Airport.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and organization of ingredients, ensuring they are ready for cooking and assembly.
  • Follow recipes and portion guidelines to measure and prepare ingredients such as vegetables, meats, and sauces.
  • Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Assist in proper storage and rotation of ingredients to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
  • Support inventory management, stock rotation, and maintain a clean workspace.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to support the production of high-quality meals.

dnata is a global leader in air services, operating in 127 airports across 35 countries. We handle ground handling, cargo, travel, and flight catering services for over 300 airline customers daily.

Salary: $20.00/hour

You Will Have:

  • High school diploma or GED with 3+ years’ experience in high-volume food service.
  • Experience/exposure to menu research and development.
  • Knowledge of HACCP standards.
  • Reliability, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Valid food handler's certificate or equivalent.

Physical Demands: Regular standing, walking, reaching, and lifting up to 30 pounds.

Work Environment: Indoors with noise levels ranging from minimal to loud.
