Job summary

MIDTOWN in Chicago is seeking full-time and part-time Prep Cooks to enhance our restaurant experience. You will wash, chop, store ingredients and help prepare recipes, following established standards.

Midtown is looking for talented full‑time and part‑time Prep Cooks to enhance our stellar restaurant experience.

What You’ll Do

• Wash, chop, store, and handle ingredients.
• Prepare raw ingredients for recipes.
• Quickly and efficiently prepare sauces and garnishes and assist the cook with basic recipes, following established recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain clean and sanitary kitchen areas to promote a safe and enjoyable member experience.
• Assist with periodic catering events.

Compensation

$20–$22 per hour, depending on experience.
