Job summary

Midtown Athletic Clubs is seeking a Line Cook to support our restaurant operations. You will prepare and artfully plate meals, following recipes and presentation standards, while keeping a clean and sanitary kitchen for a safe member experience.

You’ll join a team dedicated to collaboration and exceptional service across fitness, racquet sports, and spa. This full‑time role offers benefits and growth opportunities within a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• At least two years of food preparation and cooking experience.
• Current ServSafe certification (food handler & allergen).
• Ability to work gracefully and quickly under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and plate delicious meals following established recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain clean and sanitary kitchen areas to ensure safety and service quality.
• Assist with catering events and daily food prep tasks.

Midtown is looking for a talented Line Cook to enhance our stellar restaurant experience.

Our Line Cooks are the artists and heart of our restaurants. They are motivated and passionate about helping others eat delicious and clean, convenient food. As an integral part of our F&B team, you’ll be preparing and artfully plating delicious meal options, and doing so while maintaining a safe & sanitary workspace.

Compensation

Hourly rate: Starting at $20 per hour.

The Other Stuff

Our line cook team is on time and ready to deliver our best work. We anticipate problems and do our best to take preventative measures for our members. At times, we host member events that include the food & beverage department.
