Job summary

Via 313 in Colorado is seeking a Prep Cook to join our Detroit-style pizza team. No two shifts are the same, and you will help create the dishes guests love, from dough stretching to building signature pizzas.

Whether you bring kitchen experience or want to grow your skills, we’ll train the right person. Expect a friendly, fast-paced environment, competitive hourly pay, and opportunities to advance with a fun, team-focused crew.

Qualifications

• Restaurant or kitchen experience preferred; training available.
• Colorado Food Handler Permit or ability to obtain one after hire.

Responsibilities

• Preparing fresh ingredients.
• Stretching dough and building Detroit-style pizzas.
• Cooking appetizers, salads, and other menu items.
• Keeping station clean, organized, and stocked.

Pay

$16.00 – $18.00 per hour

Qualifications

• Restaurant or kitchen experience preferred (but we're happy to train the right person!)

A Day in the Life

No two shifts are exactly the same! As a Prep Cook, you'll help create the amazing food our guests come back for again and again.

Your day may include:

• Preparing fresh ingredients
• Stretching dough and building Detroit-style pizzas
• Cooking appetizers, salads, and other menu favorites
• Keeping your station clean, organized, and stocked
• Working alongside an awesome team during busy services
• Following food safety and sanitation standards
• Jumping in wherever the team needs you

Colorado Paid Sick Leave (HFWA)

In accordance with Colorado's Healthy Families and Workplaces Act (HFWA):

• Accrue 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours per year
• Accrual begins on your first day of employment
• Sick leave may be used for your own health needs, to care for a family member, or for other qualifying reasons under Colorado law
• Unused leave carries over from year to year, with annual usage limits as provided by law
• Additional leave may be available during qualifying public health emergencies
