Job summary

Southern Rock Restaurants is seeking a prep cook for a franchised McAlister’s Deli location in Indiana. You will prepare foods for cooking based on prep lists and manager directions.

You will ensure consistent quality by following recipe cards and production and portion standards while maintaining a clean and sanitized station at shift start and end, including light dishwashing as needed. You will adhere to sanitation and safety policies to protect guests and the establishment, and perform
