Job summary

Olive Garden in Birmingham, AL is seeking a prep cook who thrives in a busy kitchen and takes pride in food preparation and presentation.

You will follow recipes, maintain safety and sanitation standards, and support cooks to ensure guest expectations are met with consistency and quality in every dish.

Applicants should be reliable, flexible, and able to work evenings and weekends as needed to keep the family-restaurant pace welcoming for guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in food prep and following safety guidelines.
• Ability to deliver high-quality dishes meeting standards.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to Olive Garden recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the prep area.
• Assist cooks and kitchen staff as needed.
