Bubba’s 33 in Beaumont, Texas is seeking a part-time Prep Cook who enjoys scratch-made food and meeting Bubba’s 33 standards. You will read prep sheets, follow recipes, and help keep the kitchen organized.

• Follow Bubba’s 33 legendary recipes to prepare dishes.
• Keep walk-in refrigerator clean and organized.
• Maintain and use kitchen equipment properly.
• Follow storage and rotation procedures for ingredients.
• Uphold safety and sanitation practices and support the team.

As a Prep Cook your responsibilities would include:

• Reading a prep sheet
• Following Bubba’s 33 legendary recipes
• Keeping the walk-in refrigerator clean and organized
• Maintaining and using equipment properly
• Following storage and rotation procedures
• Maintains proper safety and sanitation practices
• Exhibits teamwork
