Bubba’s 33 in Brownsville, TX is seeking a Prep Cook who enjoys preparing scratch-made food to our legendary standards. You will read prep sheets, follow recipes, and work with a team to deliver consistent quality.

As a Prep Cook your responsibilities would include:

• Reading a prep sheet
• Following Bubba’s 33 legendary recipes
• Keeping the walk-in refrigerator clean and organized
• Maintaining and using equipment properly
• Following storage and rotation procedures
• Maintains proper safety and sanitation practices
• Exhibits teamwork
