• Ensure ingredients are fresh and properly stored to maintain quality and safety.
• Follow food safety protocols, including handwashing, glove use, and sanitization.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation with proper labeling and rotation of ingredients.
• Monitor prep levels and restock ingredients to meet restaurant demands.
• Work efficiently to ensure timely preparation while minimizing waste.
• Collaborate with kitchen and leadership teams to uphold Chick-fil-A’s quality standards.
• Assist with other back-of-house tasks including dishwashing and general cleanliness.
