Job summary

Wellstar Health System, Inc. RN Clinical Nurse is a proactive member of an interdisciplinary care team delivering individualized, high-quality patient care in a clinical environment supported by Nurse Managers and leadership.

You will practice evidence-based nursing under WellStar models, uphold standards, and mentor staff while prioritizing patient safety, compassion and collaboration across shifts.

Qualifications

• Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse); Bachelors Nursing preferred.
• All certifications are required upon hire (ACLS, BLS, PALS or equivalents).
• RN licensure required by hire (single state or compact).
• Minimum 5 years of patient care as RN.

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process with evidence-based practice and individualized care.
• Provides relation-based, patient-centered care reflecting cultural diversity.
• Partners with patient and family using bedside shift report and rounds.
• Practices using current clinical standards.
