Job summary

NueHealth is seeking a compassionate Staff Nurse to advocate for patients and coordinate care with the healthcare team, supporting the facility’s philosophy, objectives, and goals. You will assess patient needs across adult, pediatric, adolescent, and geriatric populations.

The ideal candidate holds a degree from an accredited nursing program, an RN license in the state, and at least three years of staff nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Degree from accredited nursing program.
• RN license in the state the facility is located.
• Minimum of three years work experience as a staff nurse.

Responsibilities

• Performs assessment/data collection focusing on physiologic, psychological, and cognitive status.
• Formulates and prioritizes goal-directed care plans based on nursing diagnoses and patient outcomes.
• Implements care in a knowledgeable, skilled manner to achieve desired outcomes.
• Establishes priorities of care based on patient needs and available resources.
• Documents on the floor and in the patient record timely and accurately.
• Works as part of a team to deliver patient care and supports emergency protocols.
