Job summary

United Surgical Partners International, Inc in Houston is seeking a motivated PreOP PACU RN to join our team. This position requires weekdays only with no holidays, weekends, or call. The RN will provide quality patient care and supports the values of the organization.

Applicants must be a Registered Nurse with an unrestricted license and at least 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in an ambulatory surgical center. Current BLS, ALS, and PALS certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a strong knowledge of surgical procedures and management of the surgical patient.

USPI Memorial Hermann Endoscopy Center North Freeway is seeking a motivated PreOP PACU RN to join our team. North Freeway Endo is a fast-paced ASC environment committed to producing the highest quality work and experience for patients and their families. Position requires weekdays only -- no holidays, weekends, or call. Some later evenings required.

Job Summary

The RN provides quality patient care using the nursing process, the medical plan of care, and organizational policies. The RN provides safe, effective, and patient-family centered care in the perioperative services for all patient populations. The RN supports the mission, vision, and values of the organization. The RN reports to the Manager of Peri-operative Services.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with an unrestricted license in the state
• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Must have at least 1-3 years' previous experience
• Previous experience in an ambulatory surgical center strongly preferred
• Must have current BLS, ALS and PALS
• Must possess a strong knowledge of surgical procedures and management of the surgical patient
• Understanding of aseptic techniques and their implementation
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing condition of the patient when needed
