United Surgical Partners International (USPI) seeks a motivated RN for PreOp/PACU and OR circulating duties at Mountain View Surgery Center at Glendale. This Full Time position is in a fast-paced ambulatory surgical center environment.

The RN will perform patient positioning, prepping, circulating during cases, and ensure adherence to sterile technique while supporting USPI's mission and patient care standards.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with an unrestricted license in the state.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• 1–3 years' experience in PreOp/PACU or Critical Care and OR; ambulatory center preferred.
• Current BLS, ALS and PALS.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and patient management.
• Understanding of aseptic techniques and their implementation.
• Ability to adapt to changing patient conditions quickly.

Responsibilities

• Position the patient and prep in PreOp/PACU and assist as OR circulator.
• Provide nursing care during surgery using the nursing process and plan of care.
• Uphold sterile technique and assist the surgical team.
• Support the mission and values of USPI in an ambulatory setting.

Mountain View Surgery Center at Glendale is seeking a motivated Full Time Registered Nurse with PreOp/PACU and OR Circuiting experience to join our team. Mountain View Surgery Center at Glendaleis a fast paced ASC environment committed to producing the highest quality work and experience for patients and their families.

Job Summary

The RN Pre-op/PACU/OR is a Registered Nurse that provides quality patient care using the nursing process, the medical plan of care, and organizational policies while also possessing OR RN room exp. The Registered Nurse, operating room, provides nursing care and service during surgery cases. The RN will be working in PreOp/PACU (responsible for positioning the patient, prepping the patient) and OR circulating the case. The RN supports the mission, vision, and values of the organization.

Required Skills:

• Must be a Registered Nurse with an unrestricted license in the state
• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Must have at least 1-3 years' previous experience in PreOp/PACU or Critical Care and Operating Room. Previous experience in an ambulatory surgical center strongly preferred
• Must have current BLS, ALS and PALS
• Must possess a strong knowledge of surgical procedures and management of the surgical patient
• Understanding of aseptic techniques and their implementation
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing condition of the patient when needed
