Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week

In this role, you will be responsible and accountable for delivering both direct and indirect patient care. You will promote and maintain adaptive responses in individuals and groups, considering the integrated nature of person, individual value systems, and cultural differences.
You will demonstrate commitment to Vaughan Regional Medical Center's Nursing Mission and Philosophy through your practice and behaviors. Pursuing further knowledge and skills beyond basic competency will contribute to your expertise within nursing practice.
Clinical advancement opportunities exist within the Medical Center. All nurses are expected to practice competently as Registered Nurses following orientation. Interested individuals may choose to develop greater expertise and participate in professional endeavors, which may lead to recognition and promotion through the clinical advancement program.
