Job summary

The Center for Family Services of Palm Beach County, Inc. is seeking a full-time Mental Health Therapist to support expectant mothers in the Prenatal Plus Program.

You will provide counseling through in-person and teletherapy sessions, helping clients navigate pregnancy challenges and prepare for parenthood. Required are a master's degree in a relevant field and active Florida intern licensure, plus experience with psychotherapy for adults or families and bilingual ability in Haitian Creole or

Qualifications

• Active pursuit of licensure as a Florida State Registered Intern.
• Experience providing psychotherapy to adults and/or families.
• Ability to establish therapeutic rapport and exercise clinical judgment.
• Knowledge of CBT and Motivational Interviewing; additional training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy to adults and/or families.
• Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and documentation per professional standards.
• Deliver in-person and teletherapy sessions in the Prenatal Plus Program.

Skills

Bilingual in Haitian Creole or Spanish
