Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of customer service, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Ability to lift 10 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Four-day New Hire University (NHU) training within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals, working with peers and store leaders to resolve issues.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional service.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
• Assist with merchandising and operational functions.
