Job summary

Victra-Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Consultant. You will leverage product knowledge and outstanding customer service to connect guests with the right Verizon solutions in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, collaborating with store colleagues, and assisting with merchandising and operations. Training is provided, with substantial earning potential through uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
• Be a passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
• Foster a competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
