Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Consultant to create the best in-store experience. You will drive sales, share product knowledge, and connect guests to what matters most with exceptional service.

You’ll train, ramp up and earn based on performance, with benefits and opportunities for advancement within a team that values integrity and collaboration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
• Be passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
