Job summary

KC Wireless Inc. is seeking a Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associate in Souderton, PA. You will educate customers on Verizon products and guide them through the sales process to deliver exceptional service.

The role offers a compensation structure up to $65,000 per year with base pay and uncapped commissions, plus benefits. Must be available for full-time hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a retail environment, preferably with Verizon Wireless or other wireless business.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and goal oriented with a drive for commission sales.
• Attention to detail and accuracy; able to work full-time hours.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Create the ideal customer experience for each customer daily.
• Assist customers throughout the sales process.
• Educate customers on Verizon products and services offered.
• Meet or exceed sales production standards.
• Handle customer situations to satisfy needs.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager with team tasks.
• Complete trainings as directed by Wireless Zone and Verizon Wireless.
• Model professional conduct for employees and others.
