Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking an Installer to perform on-site installation and removal of windows or doors, and oversee site teardown and cleanup. The role emphasizes professionalism and a customer-service focus as a brand steward on the job site.

Applicants should have window installation and remodeling experience, strong workmanship, and the ability to work 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. with a valid driver's license. Training and certification opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with window installation and remodeling preferred.
• Proven track record of superior workmanship.
• Must be available to work between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. as homeowners schedule dictates.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Working knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong communication with peers and homeowners; ability to organize tasks.
• Proficiency with tools and equipment; customer-service mindset; accountability and teamwork.
• Diagnostic and problem-solving skills; self-motivation to work independently.
