Job summary

Group1 Porsche Westwood is seeking a qualified Porsche Pro Delivery Specialist to join our team. With a state-of-the-art facility, you will guide customers through the delivery process, explain features, and ensure a seamless handover of their new vehicle.

You will work closely with sales staff, stay current on model details, and provide outstanding customer service, with competitive pay at $25 per hour plus benefits; a dynamic work environment awaits where you can grow with the Group 1

Qualifications

• Must be well versed in automotive technology.
• Previous retail experience a plus.
• Confident in using new media (tablets, social media, etc).
• Background in product marketing helpful.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Great attitude with a high-energy personality.
• Confidence in your ability to be successful.
• Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written.
• Professional appearance and outstanding work ethic.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a process-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides comprehensive product information throughout the sales process including product presentation, test drive, delivery/handover and product customer service after the purchase.
• Explains complex product features based on customers' actual needs and delivers a customer-oriented experience.
• Supports the client advisor on product related tasks and activities.
• Fully explains vehicle features, application and benefits.
• Maintains communication with designated sales personnel on vehicle delivery and schedule changes.
• Arrives at scheduled appointments in a timely manner and informs clients of changes.
• Gathers and maintains total product knowledge on all vehicles and competitors' features.
• Keeps abreast of new products and benefits to clients
• Aims to achieve client satisfaction objectives and follows up with new owners.
• Maintains ethical standards and professional appearance at all times.
• Demonstrates passion about brand and products.
• Assists in other areas of Sales and performs other duties as assigned.
• Exhibits the company's core values at all times.
