Job summary

Mount Airy Casino Resort is seeking a Valet Attendant to warmly greet guests, assist with parking and retrieval, and ensure safety in all vehicle movements. You will work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment, maintaining professional appearance and adherence to casino policies.

Responsibilities include guiding guests, loading/unloading luggage, reporting incidents, and supporting security and operations as needed. A valid PA driver’s license and willingness to work weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with clean record.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage vehicle drop-off and retrieval.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely according to procedures.
• Maintain awareness of surroundings and report hazards.
• Assist guests with luggage as needed.
• Follow company policies and regulatory requirements.
