Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Wait Staff Tipped to deliver attentive service to guests in our dining program. You will greet guests, take orders, recommend menu items, and ensure accurate and timely service while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 0–1 year related experience.
• May require alcohol-service certification (TIPS/TEAM) and compliance with local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, present menus, and explain specials.
• Take and relay orders accurately, confirm and process in sequence.
• Provide recommendations on meals, beverages, and wine, including allergen info.
• Ensure timely service, monitor guest needs, and handle requests politely.
• Maintain safe work practices, including lifting and mobility requirements.
