AEG is seeking a Premium Ticketing Coordinator in Los Angeles. The role interfaces with customers via email and phone, maintains show files, and ensures accurate client databases for the Premium Ticketing department.

The Premium Ticketing Coordinator will provide an array of administrative and supportive functions vital to the Premium Ticketing department overall core functionality. This position will be responsible for interfacing with customers via email and phone. Additionally, the Premium Ticketing Coordinator will create and maintain show files and customer databases to ensure the department has access to current and accurate data.
