With 3+ years in luxury tailoring, you will join a team that values attention to detail, problem-solving, and precise workmanship. Fluency in English and collaboration with store colleagues are essential to success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in luxury tailoring or alterations.
• Proficient in garment construction, fittings and finishing techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
• Ability to solve technical tailoring challenges and deliver high-touch service.
• Fluent in English; able to work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform precise alterations reflecting ZEGNA’s tailoring standards.
• Consult with clients and Client Advisors during fittings for guidance on construction, styling and fit.
• Take full ownership of all garments leaving the tailor shop, ensuring workmanship and customer satisfaction.
• Manage tailoring workload efficiently with clear timelines and communication.
• Collaborate with store team to support a premium in-store experience.
