Job Summary

The Premium Suites Supervisor is responsible for directing guest interactions, managing staff at shift start, reviewing event details with directors, understanding menu content, ensuring timely food delivery, and maintaining food safety standards. The supervisor oversees event setup and breakdown.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with directors before events to review details.
• Supervise staff during check-ins and breakdowns.
• Ensure proper display and maintenance of food and beverages.
• Be knowledgeable about all menu offerings.
• Build rapport with guests and employ upselling techniques.
• Assist guests in seating and meal placement.
• Complete all setup and breakdown tasks within timelines.
• Perform post-event inventory and restocking.
• Create, modify, and close sales in the point of sale system.
• Understand and complete all event paperwork and reports.
• Maintain location appearance and service areas.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service policies.

Essential Job Duties:

• Stand for long periods and engage physically with guests.
• React quickly in emergency situations.
• Demonstrate stamina and agility for mobility throughout the day.
• Lift/move materials up to 50 pounds.
• Move easily between sitting and standing.
