Job summary

Legends Global, a leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an immediate opening for a Suites and Catering Server at INTRUST Bank Arena in Wichita, Kansas.

You will provide sales and service of Food and Beverage to guests and assist guests with point of sale and order fulfillment, while adhering to department policies and ensuring reliable attendance for event operations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Six to twelve months prior server and/or bartending experience.
• Point of sale computer operation systems.
• Ability to follow directions and effectively perform the work.
• Positive attitude and neat appearance.
• Must speak and understand English.
• Attend all Food & Beverage Training class as well as venue training as directed.
• Ability to pass background/credit check.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with ordering at point of sale.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately to guests.
• Anticipate guest needs and attend to guests appropriately.
• Assist in food, beverage, equipment, meeting supplies, china, glassware, and silverware.
• Conduct inventories on a predetermined basis.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization and security of all work areas and rooms.
