Job summary

Legends Global at Florence Center is seeking a Suite Attendant to support pre-event setup and guest service in premium suites. This hourly, non-exempt role requires strong hospitality skills, quick teamwork, and reliable performance during events.

You will place orders, replenish supplies, maintain cleanliness, and assist hosts throughout the game or show, with a focus on safety and outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in foodservice.
• Excellent guest service and adherence to service standards.
• Ability to operate food service equipment and maintain sanitation.
• Strong verbal and written communication; time management and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Pre-event suite setup including dishes, silverware, and ambiance.
• Identify the suite host and introduce yourself professionally.
• Take and place game day food and beverage orders.
• Set up, check orders, and serve guests through the event.
• Replenish items as needed and maintain cleanliness of suite.
• Obtain host signatures, close out charges, and reset suite for next event.
