Overview

We’re excited to announce we are looking for talented Premium Suite Attendants to follow direction from the F&B Supervisor to deliver a unique hospitality food and beverage service offering for our premium suites. In this role, you will be a part of an awesome team of colleagues who instinctively strive to exceed expectations, to support us in creating the best live music experience in Rio Rancho.

Due to scheduled working hours, all applicants must be 18+. This is a casual role offering flexible shifts available around your other commitments - involves shifts at evenings and weekends.

Knowledge, skills & experience:
  • Work independently when required using your own initiative.
  • Multitask and prioritise during busy periods; taking on any necessary tasks to help deliver a world-class experience.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Cocktail making skills and advanced beverage knowledge.
  • Food & bar service experience in a premium hospitality area in a stadium, events arena, festival environment, or equivalent fast-paced hospitality setting.

This role pays an hourly rate of $15, plus tips.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for food & beverage service within the suites.
  • Must demonstrate ability to read and comprehend Banquet Event Orders.
  • Ensure all necessary equipment and pre-ordered food & beverage items are stocked to proper levels in the suite prior to the event.
  • Full knowledge of the food and beverage menu and sharing the knowledge with the guests in the suite including ingredients, portion sizes, pricing, and preparation.
  • Record a guest’s order and relay to the Suite Supervisor or Manager.
  • Observe guests to anticipate and respond to any additional requests.
  • Assist runners when needed to ensure food is brought to pantry on time for delivery.
  • Present the guest with the final bill summary and accept payment as necessary.
  • Clean up remaining food products and equipment after the event.
  • Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.
  • Demonstrate ability to meet the company standard for excellent attendance.
Qualifications
  • Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff, and guests in a clear, business-like, and respectful manner which focuses on generating a positive, enthusiastic, and cooperative work environment.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
  • Possess valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by state and federal regulations.
  • Ability to calculate basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages) as related to cash/credit transactions and cash reconciliation.
