We’re excited to announce we are looking for talented Premium Suite Attendants to deliver a unique hospitality food and beverage service offering for our premium suites & service spaces. In this role, you will be a part of an awesome team of colleagues who instinctively strive to exceed expectations, to support us in creating the best in sports & entertainment services.

This is a casual role offering flexible shifts available around your other commitments - involves shifts at evenings and weekends.

Knowledge, skills & experience

• Work independently when required using your own initiative.
• Multitask and prioritise during busy periods; taking on any necessary tasks to help deliver a world class experience
• Effective communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Cocktail making skills and advanced Beverage knowledge.
• Food & Bar service experience of a premium hospitality area in a stadium, events arena, festival environment or equivalent fast-paced hospitality setting or volume-led environment.

This role pays an hourly rate of $12, plus tips.

Responsibilities include:

• Food & beverage service within the suites
• Reading and understanding Banquet Event Orders
• Ensuring all necessary equipment and pre-ordered food & beverage items are stocked prior to the event
• Knowledge of the food and beverage menu, ingredients, portion sizes, pricing, and preparation, and sharing this knowledge with guests
• Recording guest orders and relaying to the Suite Catering Captain or Manager
• Observing guests to anticipate and respond to additional requests
• Assisting runners to ensure timely food delivery
• Presenting final bill summaries and accepting payments
• Cleaning up after events and maintaining sanitation, health, and safety standards
• Demonstrating excellent attendance

Fine dining and/or banquet experience in a fast-paced food & beverage environment is preferred.
