Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking team members to deliver food and beverage services at University of Kentucky events. You will take orders, serve guests in Premium Areas, and ensure timely delivery during football and other sports.

As part of Levy, you will follow steps of service, uphold sanitation, and coordinate with back-of-house staff. The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, discretion with personal information, and a positive, collaborative attitude.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for guest interaction.
• Ability to describe menu items and accommodate dietary requirements.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take food and beverage orders in an efficient manner.
• Deliver food promptly, ensure sanitation standards, and address additional requests.
• Explain menu items and ingredients, and advise on pairings; accommodate dietary needs and allergens.
• Coordinate with back-of-house staff to ensure accurate orders and special requests.
• Maintain a professional, flexible, and patient demeanor while interacting with guests and staff.
• Ensure suite areas are clean, set up before and after service, and uphold sanitation standards.
• Operate equipment as needed and assist other departments during events.
