Responsibilities

• Create memorable guest experiences through exceptional hospitality and quality cocktail service.
• Lead mixology experiences, guided tastings, and educational sessions.
• Prepare and serve craft cocktails, flights, and beverages per recipes and standards.
• Support bar operations including inventory, receiving deliveries, and maintaining product quality.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, and compliance with policies.
• Address guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when needed.
• Assist with bar activations, events, and VIP experiences.
