You will act as the operational engine of the sales process, connecting premium clients with our design team and shaping the customer journey from inquiry to hand-off.

Excellent written and verbal communication for a luxury brand.
Strong technical aptitude to navigate CRMs and project tools.
Ability to translate complex projects into clear estimates.

Responsibilities

Qualify inquiries to align with premium custom solutions.
Maintain CRM with high precision as prospects move through sales funnel.
Schedule initial consultations and site visits for leadership and the technical sales team.
Develop accurate project estimates by collaborating with design/technical departments.
Communicate professionally from first contact to project hand-off.
Re-engage dormant leads and past clients for upgrades or referrals.
Improve estimating processes to increase conversion rate.
