Job summary

Mountain Ridge Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Black Mountain, NC is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide skilled nursing care in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in North Carolina (required).
• High School diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and facility standards.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of all residents.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver quality care.
