Job summary
FirstChoice – Trinity Health's mobile staffing solution offers Part time RN opportunities across Holy Cross Hospital in Silver Spring, MD with Night shifts and flexible scheduling. RNs may float across units and locations, supporting a variety of practice settings with premium pay.
Pay ranges are provided with an hourly rate of $62.00; travel and per diem opportunities may be available, along with license/certification reimbursements and 403B participation. Start ASAP, PRN weeks, 3x12 shifts.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice/employment.
- Minimum eighteen (18) months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU.
Responsibilities
- Float throughout the hospital and/or multiple locations/regions.
- Assess, identify outcomes, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
- Act independently within license and scope of knowledge/experience.
- Maintain accountability for delegation, choices, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support quality and improvements.
- Embrace new ideas and handle competing priorities.
