SKIMS is seeking a part-time Team Member for Country Club Plaza to deliver premium retail experiences. You will greet customers, learn product stories, support styling, and stay adaptable across store zones while upholding our mission and values.

Key traits include a genuine passion for customer service, strong communication, reliability for weekend/closing shifts, ability to stand and lift up to 40 pounds, and willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Availability on weekdays and weekends; 14+ hours across Sat/Sun
• Must be 18 years or older
• Passion for customer service and helping others
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, premium retail environment with professionalism
• Strong communication with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
• Eagerness to learn, open to feedback, training and new responsibilities
• Retail, service or hospitality experience is a plus but not required
• Fan of SKIMS and our values
• Able to stand, move around all store areas and assist customers for 100% of shift
• Ability to bend, reach, lift up to 40 pounds regularly
• Does not want to be an influencer

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with warmth and create inclusive, elevated experiences reflecting our mission and values
• Learn product stories, sizing and fit to confidently support customers and build trust
• Use refined selling behaviors to maintain a premium brand feel in a fast-paced environment
• Keep floor stocked, clean and organized during busy hours with operational urgency
• Leverage company tools and team support to stay calm and customer-focused
• Be flexible to work in different store zones and embrace coaching
• Ask questions, seek feedback and look for ways to improve daily
• Bring energy to shifts and help meet store goals and customer experience targets
• Maintain high standards of excellence and accountability to foster a high-performing culture
