Onelife Fitness in Birmingham, AL is seeking a confident Pilates Instructor (Reformer) to lead premium reformer classes and 1:1 sessions, delivering precise coaching and a welcoming studio experience. You’ll coach with clarity, help members stay consistent, and contribute to program growth and revenue.

You’ll execute a structured programming system with precision, ensure safety and equipment readiness, and create a high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Pilates Instructor with reformer certification.
• Current CPR/AED certification is required.
• Experience teaching group fitness and/or small-group training.

Responsibilities

• Lead small-group reformer classes with energy, precision, and control.
• Deliver standardized class formats and provide clear cueing and hands-on corrections.
• Support member retention by engaging and educating clients on goals.
• Maintain studio cleanliness, equipment readiness, and safe movement options.
• Identify opportunities to promote additional services and structured programming.
